4Refuel revolutionized the onsite fuel delivery business by introducing professional service, national training programs and safety standards. Our next transformation was in automating data collection and making it available to clients through the world’s first online fuel management portal, FMO.

4Refuel evolved further in June 2010 by making a partner of leading Canadian equity investment house, TorQuest Partners. This partnership enabled rapid expansion across Canada through acquisition and market development.

In 2013, 4Refuel partnered with Kelso & Company and Penske Corporation. This significant milestone has helped 4Refuel achieve further growth in smaller Canadian markets and importantly, enabled expansion in the United States.

In 2019, 4Refuel was acquired by Finning International, the world’s largest CAT dealer.
