Celebrating Two Decades

4Refuel is pleased to mark a significant milestone in two Canadian provinces.

This year 4Refuel celebrates 20 years of serving both the Alberta and Ontario markets, two of the first and most important expansions in the company’s history.

Within two years of launching in Langley, B.C. in 1995, Calgary, Alberta and Mississauga, Ontario were selected as the first areas for growth outside of British Columbia.

4Refuel opened a regional office in Mississauga in October 1997, and within months opened for business in Calgary.

Today, 4Refuel has more than 13 service hubs in Ontario from Windsor to Sault Ste. Marie as well as Executive Head Offices in Oakville.

In Alberta, 4Refuel is able to service southern, central and northern regions of the province with four service hubs in Edmonton, Calgary, Grande Prairie and Fort McMurray.

Chief Commercial Officer Joe Valeriote says it’s been a pleasure to serve these markets for more than two decades.

“Looking back, it has been phenomenal serving our customers across these two fantastic markets, and establishing our home base in Oakville,” he said.

“I am proud of all the relationships we have built and am delighted to continue building more.”

Currently, 4Refuel is North America’s largest onsite fuel provider with service hubs in more than 30 locales across Canada and four metro markets in Texas.

Lifecycle GHG emissions refer to the emissions that occur during each stage of the fuel’s lifecycle, including but not limited to the production, transportation and end-use of the fuel. Any emissions values referenced are based on carbon intensity (gCO2e/MJ) figures provided by 4Refuel Suppliers for each low carbon fuel type and are subject to change. The GHG emissions reductions are calculated by comparing the Carbon Intensity of the lower carbon fuels blends sold to the baseline Carbon Intensity of conventional diesel of 93 gCO2 e/MJ (as published in Canada’s Clean Fuel Regulations).
