4Refuel Hires National Learning and Development Manager
We are very pleased to welcome Vince Clayton to the 4Refuel team as our National Learning and Development Manager.
Vince joins 4Refuel with an extensive background in Training & Education and Supply Chain Management.
During his 14 year career with the Canadian Department of National Defence, Vince played a key role in the development, implementation and execution of the Combat Support Service (CSS) Training Academy of Excellence. Vince was instrumental in designing curriculum and coordinating subject matter experts for the academy.
He developed and delivered courses for the Logistic Branch on topics including TDG, Defensive Driving, Air Breaks, Driver Qualification of various vehicles and Dismount and Patrols from a Vehicle Safely.
The CSS Training Academy was such a success that the program was replicated and two new regional academies were created.
Vince also completed two tours of duty in Afghanistan, for this we thank him for his service.
At 4Refuel, as our National Learning and Development Manager, Vince has been tasked with developing curriculum, within 4Refuel, jointly with our subject matter experts in all areas of the business including sales, operations, finance and human resources. He will also be a facilitator of our new national training academy.
Prior to joining 4Refuel, Vince was the Director of Purchasing with a multinational food company where he oversaw and managed a team of purchasing professionals. Previous to that, during his career with the Canadian Department of National Defence, Vince held numerous positions including Senior Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Project Manager and Senior Inventory Analyst.
